Tractor has hiccups

Have a YM-220 Yanmar that the hyd. hiccups or bounces, with tractor running and rotary cutter lifted up it will sit there and about every minute or two it will drop a little bit and then bounce back, I've changed the hyd. filter, clean wire mesh suction filter and changed hyd. fluild with untiversal hyd. oil rated for john deere, any help would be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

The lift cylinder oring is worn and the oil is bypassing and causing the liftto reset itself after it leaks off . ....
